The Process
Once you and your ex(spouse) mutually agree to start the mediation process, both parties each need to book an intake meeting with our clinic. The duration of the meeting is 1 hour (per person) and the fee is $590 CAD (per person). The mediator meets with each person separately and privately to determine if mediation is the right fit for your situation. To book the intake meetings, both parties need to complete our intake questionnaire by clicking the start button below. Once we receive the completed questionnaire from both parties, you'll each receive an email with the link to our online booking system where you can book the intake meetings. All the information you share in our intake questionnaire is strictly private and confidential within our firm, meaning we will not share your information with your (ex)spouse or anyone else (unless required by law).
